Orders
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the products ordered are available, the order reflects current pricing, we are able to deliver to the delivery address and your credit or debit card is authorized for the transaction.
Portrayal of Products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.
All measurements quoted are approximate although we do try to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.
Risk and Title to goods
Risk of loss and damage to products passes to the purchaser on the date when the products are delivered. Title passes to the purchaser at the point of delivery provided that we have processed and received payment in full. Cards will be charged when our computer records that we have stock,
or when we pass the order to the manufacturer if items are being despatched directly from the manufacturer.
Items made to order will be charged before manufacture commences
and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
