Refunds and Returns
We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days
for a refund or exchange.
Goods should be unused and in their original packaging for a refund or exchange.
We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods.
If the original packaging is not available, please use packaging which will give a similar level
of protection to ensure the goods are not damaged on their way back to us.
Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange
if we do not receive the original goods back. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service.

NB: Carriage costs will be refunded only if the goods are faulty or if they differ in any way from the goods advertised.
Cancellation
If for any reason we have not despatched all or part of your order, you are welcome to cancel that part of the order at any time.
